What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Please keep in mind that the item you are buying is a handmade item so please allow a small window for human flaws. Each product is unique and one of a kind not mass produced meaning once you buy it that's it no one else has it so there is nothing to exchange it with. The only reason I will take a return is if the item was damaged during shipping and the package will be insured and shipped with the utmost thought of your product arriving intact and fully unharmed. However if your package is damaged in transit a picture of proof must be sent the very same day that you receive your product and that is the only reason you will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees which are nonrefundable. I make every effort to post accurate pictures and description of each product so please read the description carefully and review the pictures carefully before you purchase what you see in the pictures is what you will be receiving this shop doesn't refund for buyers remorse.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Please keep in mind that shipping and handling out of country goes up tremendously to ensure that your package arrives intact without damage.

What Does Deco Den Inspired Mean?

Deco is short for decoration and Den is short for Denwa which is the Japanese word for phone but deco den is not limited to just cell phones the art form can be used to decorate anything that you want to make Kawaii which is the Japanese word for cute. I take my own love of all things Deco Den and put my own spin on it but Deco Den is practiced all over and can encompass a wide range of items that's why I say Deco Den inspired.

Shipping and Handling

Compact Mirrors will be shipped using UPS since I am using them the shipping and handling fees might be pricier due to the fact that I will be using their services to package and ship the product to you so that you will receive your mirror intact.

Do I take Custom Orders

The answer is yes, however please keep in mind that I am one person and I do have to order all of the supplies you need and your specific phone case. I have no control over shipping and some pieces take longer than others to arrive. Once I get the pieces you requested I then have to make the case that you have specified that you wanted so please be aware of these factors when you order a custom case(s). I have no problem taking custom orders but you have to realize that custom orders mean special and special takes longer than what's already ready for purchase.
